The other day I bought a 07 Ford edge for the wife, she loves it as do I. A day later whenever we turned to the left even the slightest bit there was a rubbing noise in the dash. After some investigation I found that it got louder the higher the fan setting was and not at all when the whole system was turned off. Also we had water running out of the floor vents when the A/C was turned down or off. I took it back to the dealer and they told me that the system was clogged and that was causing all the problems. They "fixed" it but my wife just told me she is getting the same noise again, only when she turns left. Its still under the factory warrenty. Has anyone had this issue before?
