The one I saw was on the front passenger side of the car. These may be the ones they mention for keeping mud & snow off the car floor.

I bought the Husky liner for our Copper Edge and with the heat of the summer sun it has molded to fit the cargo area. It is definitely a good buy if you do not want to dirty the carpet in the back.

In my orange SEL with hte vista roof, my front shade sags a little, and jams sometimes. It will only go 5 inches and get stuck. For those of you who have the vista roof, is the sides of your shade stiched in the track or loose? I can close my shade and stick my finger around the shade and touch the glass. Let me know abotu yours.

We open and close our shade in our orange SEL all the time. It has yet to hang. I would take it in and have them fix it.

I checked on the rear bumper scuff protection at my Ford dealer and saw a sketch of one but no picture. It was made of black rubber with a raised "EDGE" in the middle and ran from side to side on the top. They had some in Houston and would have it Monday at a cost of $55. Not sure how it would look, I think I'll wait till its scuffed up first before I buy one and put it on. :yup:

Do you know if you can order it online or it has to be at the dealer? I was at my dealer this past Saturday and they have nothing in their catalog for another month they said?

Thanks to all of you. This is some good stuff. We need to keep info like this coming. I look forward to pics and reviews of that dash mat. Sounds like a decent add on. I am also going to check out those links you provided sim.

 

Oh my commute is a lot better also. I dont mind racking up the miles, but it hurts when I pull into the pumps...I am starting to feel like I have an obsessive compulsive disorder, I keep watching my fuel gage go down. Other than that I am very happy driving my Edge.

Has anyone come across a cargo liner mat for the Edge? I got my all weather floor mats from www.herringtoncatalog.com but they do not have a liner for the Edge. I want to protect the carpet in the back since I do alot of gardening.

How many threads are you going to post that question? My Edge is built and Ford has been saying "IN STORAGE" for over 4 weeks which is getting old. First thing you need to do is contact your saleman and tell him to search for your car. It will tell them "WHEN" it was built or "WHEN" it is scheduled to be built. I know mine is built but now I'm trying to figure out WHEN THE HECK THEY ARE GOING TO UNBURY IT so I can have it.

As many as it takes to get the answer. The dealer is worth less.

Got a call from my salesman this morning. He has a VIN assignment for my order. Order was placed on Sept. 19, 2006. He does not as yet have an estimated delivery date. He did say they received an invoice on another Edge, so he expects delivery soon on that particular model, he said as soon as any arrive, he will call and I can go see/drive one.

I received my VIN number last Friday with an expected delivery date of Mid- January. Thank god I still have my Mazda as our second car. Will wait and see if it happens on time.
