Edge-ucate me

A quick question...

How can I tell if an upgraded oil cooler was installed on my Edge without taking it to the D'ship.

This is the one that is part of the Class ll tow package.

This was a located vehicle from an out of town Dealer. Didn't realize the hitch was not installed until we got home.

Meeting with Dealer tomorrow and we'll see what they have as an answer for us.

Love the vehicle but really quite disappointed with the overall Ford experience

Hey there all,

I just purchased an SEL AWD and it did not come with the C-ll trailer hitch that was asked for. I am under the impression that these are a factory install and to add this hitch (dealer install) is not possible due to the upgraded radiator, battery, oil cooler etc.

I haven't heard back from the dealer yet so I thought I would check in here.

Would sure like some help on this one.
