Hi Edge Community, I have a 2010 Edge SEL which I bought with roof rails. I have just baought some Thule cross bars to carry two kayaks. The manual states that the max load is 100lbs. I have seen photos of Edges with roof rails with what looks like an additional piece for strength. Does anyone know about this? How can I beef up my roof rails to carry about 150lbs? I will be grateful for your advice and suggestions.
