Pandora is great. The free version does limit how many hours you can listen to it each month. It limits how may times you can fast forward in an hour also. I see in 3 years it really cutting into XM's business. The best thing is that you can instantly listen to about any song you want including Poka Music (ask my dad) My 58yr old Dad listens so much to it that he actuallys pays for it now. He likes it more then his XM Radio.

Pretty basic deal. No trade in, financed through in independent credit union, it had most options and was on the higher end. Was the current model year and came froma dealer that had 100+ on their lot. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I literally called them up and picked one that they had on the lot. Gave them the X-Plan number so they had the price ready. Went after work and was driving away 45 minutes later. They did put aftermarket (I think) boards and cover on it about two weeks later as they had to order them. I was literally just throwing it out there and they said yes. I was suprised that they said yes.

You still have some room for extras with the X-Plan. The last vehicle I got I used the X-Plan and told them to throw in running boards and the security cover for the back for free and they had a deal. Even walked away with a years worth of oil changes at no charge.

Talked to a dealer out of Lincoln NE and they should have them any day now as they are on the road now. Here is the status he pulled for me of their unclaimed orders. They are looking at a 6-8 week turn time on new orders. Might need everyones help. So I have been dealing with my longtime dealer in Blair Nebraska. I have stopped in twice and both times I knew more about the 2011 Edge then they did. I saw the jgilles post (Thanks) today and called them up. Thomas at the dealer told me that no 2011 Edge has not started production and would not until late fall at the earliest. He informed me that I could not even order one yet. I confirmed that he was not talking about the 2011 Explorer and he told me that my source was wrong. I told him it was on the Ford Media site and he said that it was wrong. The last guy I talked to there did not know about the MyFord Touch. He kept telling me that it was only a voice system and Ford would not have a touch screen system on the 2011. Do I need to find a new dealer to work with or am I crazy. Does anyone have a good dealer within a two hour drive of Omaha to work with? THANKS!

I was under the impression that we could use an App for the navigation. I have really only read up on Android based apps but was thinking that my Droid X with Google Maps would work with it. Is this wrong?

Woodhouse Ford - Blair Nebraska (Big Dealer) said they were expecting late August to mid September. At that point they would slowly start rolling in. I thought I read somewhere that they were running a short production cycle and starting up the 2012 already in January 2011. Am I wrong in that. The longer they take the more I am going to want a 2012 if I could get one in Febuary. Corrections or confirmation on that????
