I'm wondering if there is anyone that has upgraded their 2007 Ford Edge nav system? I'm either going to try and find an updated cd with the latest maps, or try to find the best replacement unit. Any thoughts on the best course of action here?

Hi Everyone! I just bought my 2007 Ford Edge SEL AWD a week ago. I know it's not new, but its new to me, and the previous owner took immaculate care of the car. no dings, scratches or anything inside & out! I drove an F-150 SuperCrew XLT previously, and this truck was the automotive love of my life! I swore I'd never get rid of that truck, I loved it so much! Well, My wife & I are expecting now, so I figured it was time to be more practical. The only two cars that I've seen that I could possibly trade my truck in on were the Edge SEL or the Dodge Challenger RT. Comparing the two together, the Ford Edge won! LIke I mentioned, I've been driving it one week and I must say it's the nicest automobile I've ever driven in my life! Power/Acceleration combined with all of the creature comforts I could want, have made my confidence level rise in my decision! My wife says the car is too "high brow" for us, but she loves it nonetheless. I feel safer with her driving the Ford Edge, being pregnant, than I would her driving any other car. My opinion of the Edge is that it is an excellent balance of power & style, that spoils the driver who drives it. Thanks for reading my post!

Thank you for that. Is there a way to change the "ford" logo, when the radio is off, to simply show a clock? My apologies for not being clear in my question.

Hi all.. My first post. I just bought a 2007 Edge SEL plus this weekend, and have been searching all over for answers. I love this forum, as all of you have already solved a couple of issues I've had. The one I can't seem to search and find an answer for is this: On the Radio/Nav system, how do I change the Ford logo to be the time? I"m tired of looking at the Ford logo, and hoped someone out there could tell me how to change that. Thanks again for all of the wonderful information!
