ok when i get to my car i'll try the rebooting thing 1st. but i still don't know where's the fuse, is it near the steering wheel or the lights switch?

ok this is embarrassing but what is fuse #3? i mean where is it?

ok so the problem is that when i connect my "old" ipod nano to my 2010 edge it charges but doesn't play, and when i use that voice commander and say "USB" the voice commander or whatever it's called it says that there's no usb device connected. so any help?
