Hi all, Our sunroof is slow to close and sometimes it has stopped where it should not, and not been able to get itself closed. While under warranty we had it to the dealer and they claimed they lubed it with graphite powder. I've tried doing so myself but with no improvement to the speed of movement. Can anyone tell me the proper lubrication method? Thanks, Greg

We have a 2010 MKX. When switching drivers, the memory settings sends the mirror into a continuous drive to one side, as if you are holding the mirror adjustment knob far left or right until it clicks. But it continues to click and does not go to the programmed position. We have tried reprogramming several times. Is there a way to reset this system?

Has anyone explored adding the power lift gate to their EDGE or MKX? We have a 2008 MKX and would like to add it. Is the wiring already in place? I was thinking if the wiring was there I could add only the motor unit with switch and hoping it would operate. I was not going to add the dash button.
