after 4 trips into the dealer, they finally pulled the stearing wheel. there are little metal springs holding the top and bottom plastic to the S.C. these were not adjusted right and were causing the rubbing. as the car got warm, the metal would stretch just enough to not come in contact. the rubbing left marks aroud the stearing wheel where in made contact.

Hello, I have a 2013 Edge Limeted AWD. at 26k miles, my rear driver caliper failed. Had it replaced at the dealer. 200 miles later, the same caliper failed. Dealer said it was due to them making a mistake and reusing the old glazed pads. however at the 2nd fail, I was 65 miles away. I had called the dealer and they told me they had no time to help or send a tow, try to get in back. after I got it back, the rear was so hot it sounded like the metal was on fire. so I had the dealer replace everything in the rear, both sides. including brackets and hoses. yet again, 300 miles later, now both the fronts are sticking. and got a few pops from each front too. Dealer is claming the dont know what it is. All I know is that I have a very expencive paper weight that I can not allow my family to drive in. Any ideas on what this could be? thank you

I have a 2013 Edge. 21k miles. it has developed a noise in the steering wheel. only happens when it is cold. as soon as the car warms up, it goes away. happens turning both left and right. seems to be from where the steering wheel connects to the column. Took it to Ford several times and they claim they don't hear anything. it is very annoying and I cant seem to find any info on the web about it. any ideas?

I just traded in my 08 edge se AWD for a 2013 limetd AWD. fell in love with the new one when I got service on mine. have a few items that I no longer need. have the MKX / Edge polished SS fender trim. still new in box and covered in plastic. I paid $80 for it, my loss. would like to get $50 shipped for it also have a can of custom touch up paint. color is the copper canyon orange, burnt orange, or what ever you want to call it. it is a full size spray can. I paid $34 for it. use it for 1 small scratch. still 99% full (and clean spray nozzle) would take $20 shipped for it or best offer on any of them. hopefully someone can use them.

My wife and I just got our edge yesterday. We picked up a 2008 Canyon copper AWD. A very nice Car. I swear by my F150's I was really pushing my wife to get a 2010 Crew cab 4x4. She kept telling me that she wanted the Edge. SO I gave it a try and fell in love with it. I love the Sync feature the Ford offers. I look forward to driving it, if my wife will let me drive her car
