I got it from dmb graphics, they have them for 2011-2012 for explorer but the fit perfect on the edge the company is in the UK but they have many color ways to choose from now they even have some hot carbon fiber color ways

I have Blk overlay with white txt and it looks great

Ask the FordGuru for TSB cause i had the same issue it wasn't the heat shield it was something else but i can't remember cause it was so long ago but the FORDGURU gave me tsb and i printed it out and took it to the dealership and problem was solved

I'm reading all of the great replies and posts about owners who have received their updates (MFT and Nav.). I'm still sitting by the mail box waitng for that "Big Blue Envelope" and NOTHING...

 

I'm wondering if there's a contact at Ford I can check with to be sure I'm on the list for sure or if they can tell me to continute to wait. It's getting kind of frustrating waiting and looking at an empty mailbox. I know I could go to the dealer but I'd rather do the MFT update and nav update myself.

 

How long should I wait and what is the next step???

Looks like those wheels are painted with plasti dip if so you can peel it right off the wheels

My goal was to inform anyone having this problem that there is a fix for it.

 

It is very frustrating when you spend your hard earned money on something BRAND NEW and you are faced with this type of problem.

 

We buy new so that we don't have to deal with such issues.

I really like the reds also. I guess it depends on what look you're going for with you're Edge. If you're wanting to "sport" it up (lack of a better word), red is the way to go. Me personally, I'm looking to make my Edge look unique with more subdued mods and accessories. I think black fits with this intention.
