I am anxious to see pics of what each of the colors/lights look like. Also, is this a simple install? You mention plug and play, but then I see balasts, relays, fuses, etc. ...all of which I don't understand.

I took my Edge SE in for its 7500 mile service and asked them to turn on the Daytime Running Lights. They told me that it isnt available on the SE and showed me a few pages of what looks like programming codes that said it wasnt on. Is it true that the SE is unable to be programmed for DRL?

im 6'3" 210lbs and i drive to LA and San Diego from Santa Barbara often. i think the edge is very comfortable. in fact, i complain when i have to rent a car for work to make the drive sometimes.

i ordered it from this website http://www.fordemblems.com/customfordemblems.html you can check out the different colors and sizes and costs there. it does cost a pretty penny, i can say that, and takes 2-3 weeks. i didnt do the front logo because i have a billet grille, and im not sure the website makes them that large. good luck!

i am starting to see more edge's in my neighborhood and decided to change the color of the ford logo to add that extra bit of personalization.

well...i did it. i had just the top two grilles installed, and though it appears the majority of the opinions are for the factory stock, i prefer this. i agree that the 3-bar is probably what caught my attention, but after a while i felt it just looked and felt cheap. i think by replacing just the top two grilles, it doesnt seem like too much chrome or too overwhelming. i have already received plenty compliments from strangers, but i think anyone who owns an edge knows they've got an attractive car regardless. :-)

I bought one and received it a week later. I just put it on my edge and i think it looks great! I like it better than the Ford one because it is thicker and looks more rugged (im not sure thats the word i mean to use, but its not coming to mind). The ford product simply looks like a thin decal that wouldnt offer as much protection. To each his own though. You cant go wrong either way, though my preference is obvious.

I got the California Whale Tail plates with WSTINDN (West Indian). My family is from the West Indies (Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago). Someone asked me if it meant Wasting Down! I am too young to be wasting down at 28!

I agree. I think the top 2 without the bottom would look better. I dont have the fog lights so if i left it all black I think it would beat the stock grille.

i think i like it. i dont like the 3 bar chrome. i think it looks cheap and i hate the large ford emblem. how much was the install?

do you have any pictures of your edge with the billet grille? I have been looking for grilles on the internet and have not been able to locate any. any advice where i can find one? cost for installing? thanks!

I purchased my Pioneer AVIC D3 with Sirius and and iPod adpater and installation for about $1400 from Circuit City. I still need to purchase the Bluetooth adapter for about $180 from crutchfield and get it installed. Installation took a couple hours.

Thank you! I went today and had that unit installed in my edge. I got the Sirius and ipod hooked up and ordered the bluetooth module. However, the steering wheel controls do not work. Should I have expected the controls to be set or can I go back and ask them to program the controls? Do I need to purchase something else for this? Thanks! I appreciate the advice!
