Getting ready to buy new wheels so I'm just checking to see if there is any interest for my stock 18" Edge wheels.

Specs:

18" x 7.5"

44mm offset

5 x 4.5" pattern

70.5" bore

They are used, but just have normal wear and tear. No curb rash. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking as far as condition goes:

No lug nuts, center caps, or TPMS sensors will be included. Wheels only.

Going to ask $300 plus shipping.

Looking to purchase 4 very good to excellent condition 18" chrome wheels for a 2008 Edge. Will consider chrome clad if the price is right.

Seems to me that a few posts should be deleted between retrosolutions and ThinLine. No sense in drawing any further attention to a resolved issue.

That is rust. There looks to be a lip there where water will collect and sit. A design flaw and something they should correct.

No one cares to comment? I'm getting more comments and opinions on a non-Edge forum.

What do you think of these wheels and painted grille? The wheels are lighter than they appear in the photoshop. I would either paint the grille the same color as the wheels or leave it chrome.

Regular Latitudes are better than the HPs. That's what I bought for a replacement. Love them!

No problem, I don't know why you won't ship though. I have shipped many tire and wheel sets before with no issues. It's not as expensive as you would think either.

Still available? If so, would you sell just the wheels? I just bought new tires.

I do a mix of driving and have found them to provide a better overall ride. The only thing you gain with the HP is the higher speed rating, which is meaningless with an Edge. The big plus with the regular Latitudes is that they will last longer. I have not seen any change with the handling or braking. And, they handle just the same as the HP's in the rain.

Good to hear! I bought a FWD Edge too, but we haven't had any snow yet.

I'd be careful about what you spray or put in the air ducts if you can't clean it back out.

I just replaced mine and went with the regular Latitudes. In my opinion, they are a better tire than the HP's. They ride much smoother and are quieter. Plus I was able to get a set for $552.

Sherwood 3D are the best overlays in my opinion.

I'm definitely interested depending upon price.

I'd try vinegar and a microfiber towel first. If that doesn't work I would then use DP Glass Restorer. It's not overly abrasive like some other glass polishes I've used, but is strong enough to remove most water spots by hand.

I have only had LED bulbs installed on my Edge for a couple of weeks. Do you have a link to the bulbs you are using?

Wash - Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax

LSP - Wolfgang Füzion

Spray Wax - Meguiars Synthetic X-press

Sealant Wolfgang DGPS 3.0

What products do you use for this? Can you order them from detailedimage?

Both Diamondite Glass Repair System and DP High Performance Glass Restorer work well. I'm not sure if Detailed Image carries these products though.
