I have a new 2011 MKX and in addition to pulling to the right and the well known Sync issues i have a tic tic tic in the engine. most noticabkle when cold but still thee after it warms up. Ford seems to know about it but no fix from dealer. anyone have this too? John

So far My Lincon MKX has had strange reboots for no apparent reason and sometimes says it is perfoming scheduled system maintenance at different hours. Odd for a schedule. Then the other day the Nav failed and said SD card fault. I reset the card..still a fault. Started the car again ..still same message. Ford Dealer said there are known faults and the engineers are working on solutions. So 2 days later Im driving and I get the odd reboot again. Now the Nav works again. Pleeeeeaaaaassssssseeeee give me a reboot button so like every other computer I can reboot it every few days and clear the crap out of it. John

I have a brand new 2011 MKX and it pulls to the right slightly but enough to be annoying. I had the dealer check the alignment and its on fectory spec. I noticed it after putting on 18 inch steel rim snow tires. The 20 inch All Seasons seemed Ok. Dealer has rotated Snows and it still pulls. So what is wrong? Any help is appreciated.... By the way.. 2000Kilometers on it now. Could factory specs be wrong? I also notice poor on centre feel.. Is there a difference between alignment specs for 20 inch vs 18 inch tires? Is more positive Castor needed? John
