I just bought a new 2010 Edge SEL today with the Navi system and when I try to pair my phone it won't recognize it. The screen doesn't even show a pairing code like it says it should. i know what I'm doing when it comes to phones but without a pairing code I'm stuck. has anyone else had this problem? I fear going back to the dealership will just waste another couple hours of time and they still won't figure it out. also when I hit the voice control button on the steering wheel and it asks for me to say a command it doesn't recognize anything I say, not even "help". It's like the mic isn't turned on or something. Any advice?
