Hey guys and gals, any advice on negotiating the price down? So far we are looking at 2011 Limited with Xplan pricing. Rapid Spec 301A pkg (vista roof, HIDs, Driver entry, Navigation) after tax and $1000+$500 rebate = $40,057,97 is that ok? i kinda want to get more knocked down.

what are overlays?
