You would think that the first Ford guy that turned on the A/C would have noticed this problem!! My 2007 has the same problem! My "disposable" 2003 Focus has 10 times the air flow volume of the high priced Edge!! We have complained to Ford several times.....they say there is nothing wrong with it!
