I guess it depends on what you are looking for. I listen to some music but mainly talk radio or sports. The convenience of long-distance driving without having to change channels as you move through local coverage is a big deal to me. The music quality is ok, certainly not as good as MP3's but if I want to listen to high quality music I'll plug in my MP3 player. When I look on their website they advertise convenience and choice, not quality. It works for me.

FWIW, I've had my 2011 Edge Limited for a couple of months and haven't had any issues with it. Everything works as expected and, yes, the touch screen could be more responsive but I wouldn't call that a deal breaker. I took it in for a couple of recalls (body control module and software upgrade) and they didn't have to change out the body control module and the software upgrade went off without a hitch. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my choice.

Just took the rig in to get a couple of recall's taken care of and Sync update was one of them (control module was another but they didn't have to replace it). Whole thing took about 4 hours and have no problems at all. Thanks beerchug I found these, http://www.amazon.com/Cruiser-Accessories-82030-Covers-Chrome/dp/B00032KC30/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top, at the local Advance Auto parts and they work and look great. Like little chrome nipples on the front of the bumper. Ended up super-gluing the clear plastic part to a screw anchor and then gluing that into the 7/32 hole; couldn't easily get to the back of the bumper to put a nut and washer on a bolt. Once the glue set up the chrome caps when on just fine. Actually found a nice, thin chrome license plate frame from Cruiser there also. Starting to look nice and clean instead of all the superfluous junk they put on at the dealer. Thanks, Skip
