I have bee suffering with Sync not recognizing some of the channel names or numbers for months. I checked the forum today and notice the upgrade, requiring a flash drive, download, unzip, etc. Shouldn't there be a way Ford can push these type of upgrades so they take effect automatically?

If I recall my manual dealt with that on page 260 or so. I think menu, then vehicle settings, then rear camera and I believe there are options from there. Sorry, working from memory

My bad. The beep is there, the change is it used to start when I hit the green zone, now not until yellow...and I hadn't gotten that close to anything apparently. NOt sure, though, why it changed. Maybe when I was playing with the Zoom feature.

The beeping when about to back into something has stopped, other than when backing out of garage when first started. I couldn't find that that function could be turned off, so not sure how I might have accidentally done it. Camera still comes on with center line and red, yellow and green lines. And the sensing icon still says ON. Any suggestions on how to turn the beeping back on?

Is there a way to delete call history? Did it on phone, but still shows up on Edge display. Was able to delete messages, but not call history

2011 SEL AWD arrived two months after ordering. Love the Earth Metallic color. Do others notice low beam headlights are very low, can only see out the bottom half of windshield? Mirrors and pillars create blind spots when turning and rear seat headrests in way when backing up? Does it take awhile for MPG display to read accurately? It started out about 6 mpg and 100 miles later I am up to 11 mpg. Sync seems to be working OK

Just got my 2011 SEL AWD. Low beam seems very weak and/or aimed too low. The result is the perception there is a black line half way up the windshield above which you can't really see. Thought it was tinted windshield at first. Anybody else notice this or find a solution (besides high beam)?

Picking mine up Saturday morning, took about two months since ordering. SEL, AWD, earth metallic, roof rack. Can't wait

My SEL AWD due in a week, ordered Black Friday. Looking online I saw the turn by turn feature. Is this available without NAV? Unrelated, when paired to your cell, I assume it automatically puts the phone on speaker mode? If so, does it automatically revert to non-speaker when you leave the car?
