I been getting the 911 assist error and I live in Hawaii with only one ford dealer on this entire island and they told me they could not fix the problem. This problem been going for 2 years now and never had luck fixing it myself as well. I tried disconnecting the vehicle batter and master reset with navigation system still no luck.

I am about to purchase a 2009 ford navigation, I was wondering if my vehicle did not not come equipped with the subwoofer will the nav still power on and work. As a small side note I do have the amp for the navigation already purchased, so i got that part taken care. I have added a picture of the nav then you guys know which system I am talking about. thanks, rusty813
