I have ordered Ford Edge and then I saw the Explorer, the price difference is not big. I wonder whatif to cancel the Edge and take Explorer becuase it looks like that comed with more features. I know it is a matter of taste but still I would be pleased to learn other opinion. Thank you, Jack

Hi everyone, I am planning to but Ford Edge, acctually I made my decision to buy Edge and already fill the order forms in the dealer office. But few days ago, someone told me about a new report from Consuper Report that is saying that Ford reliability slips, I think that particulaty the report mention problems with MyFord Touch system. Could anyone tell me something about that ? The last think I wand is to but unreliable car. I have ordered Edge and it is supposed to arrive soon\, the color I ordered is - HS. Now I do have some hesitations about the color. I know it is a subject of personal taste, but I would like to hear opinions about this color. I have not seen his color on the road, and I also think that Ford will not provice this color in 2010 year model. I can still cancel the order and wait for another color but it might require me to wait a while. I would be pleased to hear opinions about the the HS color (earth metalic). Thank you.

I have ordered a new Ford Edge which is supposed to be provided to me during Sep 2011, it is SLE model, 4X4. I Love technological features and gadgets and this one of the reasons why I choose this car. Also my brother have 1 for 2 years and he is very satisfied. my questions: 1) Does it make sense to wait few months and to order from the 2012 model ? will it have more features ? 2) I have noticed that Ford offer the Explorer with: Bliss system (radar for the dead zoned surround the car) and an automated parking system. I had like to have these features, Can I have them with Ford Edge ? Are they going to provide these features for Ford Edge anytime soon ? Thank you, Jack

Thank you, it is an excellent website. I am planning to buy the Edge for my wife which until now drives RAV-4 , she isniot drivinig much and mostly she drived inside town. I have compared and found that the cost for petrol would not be significiant between the Edge and the RAV-4. Could you tell anything about the reliability of the Edge ?

Mai I ask more questions: 1) MKS - I understand that this is another model from Ford and it is maybe similiar to the Edge, ehat is the differences between Edge and MKS and what are the considerations to prefer one over the other ? 2) MPG - my impresion is that the Edge considered and a gas heavy consumed vechile, Does it rerally so compare with other cars in the category (such as: Audi Q5, Volvo XC60, ..) ?

I am considering to buy Ford Edge. Recently I have heard that Ford is planning to introduce a new engine for the Edge - EcoBoost. Could anyone help me with the following questions: When are they going to release this model to the market ? Would it be wise if I postpone the purchase until this model will be released ? What are the principal advantages of the Ecoboost compare with the current engines ? Is it much more economical in terms of MPG ?
