Do you have to take it in to get MFT upgraded?

I could accept a little orange peel but on this one if you look at the reflection of a line on the ground it there is a wavy line. This is everywhere.

I have a 2011 Edge Sport Black, The whole vehicle looks like it was an 59.99 paint job.
