  1. Does Anybody know if there is a difference between the 2011-2014 edge interior door panels (skin). Looking to paint my door panels with some SEM paint/products. I was looking for a donor panel to try things out.

  2. I have a 2011 edge sel & was wondering if anybody has ever dyed the interior panels i.e. door skins, front dash, A-B pillars. I want to dye the entire interior to match. I've seen some video's & read some reviews on some products from SEM & Dupont. Still up in the air on what to do. Any info on how to & what products were used would help.

  3. Here is a PDF file for removing the steering wheel switch. Someone posted it a while back so I downloaded it & saved it, I would lke to thank that person but to be honest I could not remember for the life of me who posted it, but thank you. As for the other panels I have some pic's of the dash taken apart so it will give you a general idea on what you will be expecting.Hope this helps.

  4. Yes it did come in & I was not impressed, for $65 bucks all I got was the front panel with no button fml :( , so the dealer tells me that for another $75 bucks he can order me the button, the only down fall is when you order certain parts like me you can not return them, there is no restocking fee, bummer. So looks like Im gonna have to think about it for a bit, but I wil get back to you with some info when I get it :)

  5. the bugs are for example that I'm aware of and have seen some personally. Ground noises from the unit, sending no signal to one speaker or multiple speakers, fried circuit boards. They are also not the most user friendly piece out there. I have taken two of these out with bad ground noises and replaced them with the JBL and no ground noise. The JBL is also the most user friendly processor avaliable as of now. There were a few other bugs with the bitone as well, but they were less common.

The only reason I was asking was because it seems my bitone does not like the cold. The unit takes up to 10 mins to turn on in the -7 degree weather, other than that it does the job I need it to do.

  6. I have the JL stealth box, I took out the W3 though and replaced it with a W6. I'm running it off their 900/5 amp. In my front doors I have the C5 component set and the C2 6x8 in the rear doors. I would pass on the bitone processor and go with JBL M-8 it is a much better unit and doesn't have the bugs that the bitone has. The 900/5 a,p was small enough to fit under the panel across from the factory sub location.

These "Bugs" your talking about in reference to the Audison Bit One can you tell me about them?
