Will try, really strange though, yesterday got in after work, phone connected no problem, made a couple calls. Got in this morning , paired up, then disconnected. Not sure if it is phone or sync. Works then doesn't. will leave it for another week and see what happens

I am using a Sumsung Galaxy S, It just started this this week. I beleive I have the newest download of Sync, will check My Sync website for version. I have done the same procedure were I going in to settings, bluetooth, pair to Sync etc. does not always work.

There are times I get in to my vehicle and the blue tooth syncs up. There are times like today that the screen showed my phone connected then a minute later showing my phone is not connected. Sometimes I have to try and connect 4-5 times. Has anyone else experienced this problem ?? Is there a simple fix for this ?? My vehicle is a 2011 Edge LTD. AWD,

I just imported a 2011 Edge Limited AWD with 6000 k's on it. I figured I saved $7000.00 from what I could buy one in Ontario for. It was "completely" worth my while. I picked it up just outside of Cleveland and did not pay any sales tax there. Paid GST and air tax when I arrived at Canadian customs and paid RIV fee tonight. Since my Edge was ordered as a fleet vehicle I have DRL. I spoke with Ford Canada and was told all fleet vehicles go over activated. Has full warranty, roadside, etc.. If anyone tells you it is not worth your while to import, don't believe, probably a dealer salesman !!! I have had mine for 2 weeks now and so far excellent.

I bought the Edge with 4000 miles on it. It was used as a rental. Ford Canada told me any fleet vehicles going to USA have DRL activated. When you bring the vehicle back to Canada make sure you check in through vehicle import office in the states. If not, could cause problems down the road, BTW, love the vehicle !!!

I just brought back a 2011 Edge Limited AWD from the states on Friday, very simple process, 10 minutes in customs doing paperwork and paying gst and air tax. My Edge has DRL that are working. I would think that since the vehicle is assembled i Canada they now must have DRL working, Anyways my inspection should be a snap. The only problem I have encountered is the directions on Sync. Will not respond to any Canadian address. Probably requires a download I am assuming. Has anyone encountered this problem yet ??
