I have a 2008 ford edge and the usb port just stopped working all together. It won't charge or connect to anything, I have tried a few different ipods and a thumb drive. I thought the issue was with the usb cord I had so I bought a new one and that did not help. I also tried removeing the fuse associated with the usb port and that did not help either. The fuse is still good too. I also know the audio connector still works. I also removed the center consol panel to make sure nothing was loose in there. Is there anything else I can try before taking my car to the dealership to have it fixed?
