I have an 08 Edge Limited with passenger power seat. Just a month ago the passenger power seat stopped working. When you press any of the buttons nothing happens on the seat. Does anyone have any ideas or things I could check?

Hi there, two weeks ago my wife and I bought an 08 Edge. Last week we were driving around and heard the whining noise. We knew it was coming from the back, but cant really locate it. The other day i turned the vehicle on, and could hear it in the outside of the vehicle. I suck with cars, so all I could tell is its coming from underneath, near the middle/rear of the vehicle.

Should there be a power plug to hook up a trailer? Was this included by factory too?

Hi everyone, I just purchased a New to me 08 Edge Limited AWD. It the factory installed trailer hitch. Im new to having a vehicle with a trailer hitch. The hitch seems smaller than what ive seen on my inlaw's trucks. Does anyone know what size of hitch it is? So that I can buy the peice that goes in so I can tow a trailer? Or should that peice be somewhere with the vehicle? Also does anyone know the weight limit for what this vehicle can tow? Thank you very much!

Hi everyone I just purchased a used 2008 edge. The driver seat seems to be a bit loose. When you accellerate the seat feels like it tips back a bit. Has anyone had this issue and know the fix?

Hi everyone, I am looking to purchase a Ford Edge. My wife and I have our eye on a Black one. 2008, Limited AWD. Has 55,000km. We are purchasing it used from a dealer near us. To pass safety, we are told it needs new brakes and rotors. Is this normal at 55,000km (not miles)? I know it all depends on how the previous person drove it. I am trying to guage if the person was a hard driver because the brakes already need to be changed. Or is this normal for the Edges to need brakes around 55,000/60,000km? Thanks everyone.
