  1. Here is a story for you. I purchased a very nice, clean low mileage Edge and could not be a more happy camper except for one thing. Where I live we have these roundabouts at major intersections and they take time to navigate safely. One day as I approached one of these high tech traffic movers, I had to brake abit hard due to a stealth vehicle approaching from the left. The coffee I had in my right hand splashed up on the radio which was turned to the on position. After the splash, the radio continued it's job so I thought.. no harn done. One minute later I pulled up to my destination and cleaned up the radio with a new microfiber cloth. One hour later I returned to the car, started the engine and attempted to turn the radio on. Nothing, NADA,!!!!!!!!!! Wouldn't you think the radio could withstand a little coffee in such a classy car? My cell phone can do that! Took the radion out to a shop that specializes in OEM in dash equipment abiet a GM shop. After a few days went by, they called and said the radio can not be fixed due to liquid damage. NO KIDDING I told them that. I went back and paid them the $35.00 fee and took back the radio. A new OEM radio from the dealer is mucho bucks. A reconditioned radio is almost $500.00 without nav but with Sirius and all the nice sterring wheel interface. An aftermarket cluster w/o sterring wheel interface with Sirius is about $400.00 ANY SUGGESTIONS
