I have a used 2009 with 25,000 miles and 20" chrome wheels (plastic clad) and just noticed with my first wash that the chrome is bubbling and one have the chrome starting to peel. It sounds like most are pleased with their wheels and no problems noted on this thread. I'm headed to the dealer to see what can be done for replacement... not sure if warranty will apply or not.

Great stuff... I am a former bodyman but have been out of it for many years. Just haven't kept up with the products out there, now I can. Still like to have a good looking vehicle. Thanks!!!

Wapakoneta, Ohio is the hometown of Apollo 11 Astronaut, Neil Armstrong, first man on the moon. It is in west central Ohio area, right along I-75. BTW, thanks for the info.

Thanks for the heads up. Searched and found them. Although, I beleive the threads would apply to any paint color. Was looking for specific suggestions for black vehicles, if there are any.

Soon to have a 2009 Edge with black exterior. I live in cold snowy winters and hot summers. So I am loooking for suggestions for cleaners, machine polishes, paint protectors, waxes to use and protect the finsh. Sometimes I don't have to time to wax or clean regularly (regularly is every two weeks or less), so I am loking for a long lasting protection. Anyone have solutions. Open to anything out there.
