After having my 2011 Edge for almost a month the touch screen has gone blank and won't come on. It had the latest 2.11 update so the dealer has never seen this problem. It appears that in some way the screen still works because touching around on it I was able to make by phone "redial" but the audio functions are turned off and won't come on with the manual buttons on the console or steering wheel. Has anyone else seen this?

This is going to sound a little strange but we had a very new (5 weeks) salesman yesterday and when we viewed the car (2011 Limited) we didn't think it had the navigation system because it wasn't on the screen. But when we went out to the car with the final paperwork the salesman sound a SD card for the Navigation system in the car info. He put it in but it didn't work. He asked his manager and the manager took the stance the SD card was just in there by mistake. At that point it was 9:30pm and I had been there for hours and I didn't think about asking to see the window sticker which they had taken off at that point. This morning I took it out of the glove compartment and the window sticker says I have "Voice Activated Navigation Sy" Now I know there is supposed to be some other turn by turn voice activation system but is the same thing as the Navigation System. How do I tell them apart in the window sticker. Also had something funky happen tonight once when I went to drive home. The touch screen would not come on and the phone and radio would not pair/work. I drove it home and let it sit for about 30 minutes then turned the car on again and all was fine? Is this a known problem? Thanks for any help that can be given.
