So I got the leds I got the lights out and I got the bulb and plug in my hand. I pull it as hard as I can trying to shake it twist it everything. Is there something special to do to get the bulb out of the plug. its a 2011 sport

is the factory bulb a combo hi/low. i thought i saw somewhere that there is a flapper that switches between the 2. basically do i need hi/low hids or is there another bulb in there for the highbeam
