My 2007 Edge recently started having a problem when in overdrive it hits about 1200 rpm and it feels like it is shifting several times, although the rpm actually don't change. I speed up a bit and the problem goes away. I went to the mechanic and it wouldn't do it. I left with the delader and and they ran tests, but it wouldn't do it. The problem is worse when going up hills.
