Had a crack form on the driver side window caused by closing the door while the window was rolled down. The crack is on the inside of the car. Ford has told me it (glass) is not covered by the warranty. Has anybody else had this problem? It is frustrating that something inside of the door caused this and not a flying rock.

Had a strange thing happen with the Sport today. Used the starter and had the car running. The car shut off just as I was pressing the button, and then the car sounded like the engine was trying to turn over. Pushing the button stopped that. Then I tried turning the car on again. The 'check engine oil' warning came up. Also, I was move the car when I put it into reverse or do pretty much anything else. Again I turned the car off. Once more I tried, and this time I was able to drive it, but none of the buttons would work. It works fine now. Has anybody else had this happen to them or something similar?

Hello. New to the board. I have begun to notice an odor coming from my Edge. It has a natural gas quality to it. It really comes through in the car when I have the climate on. When climate is off, it's okay. When I walked around the car today, it seemed to be coming from the front. Any ideas on what it could be? I know nothing about cars so any help would be great.
