Thank you soooo much! That did the trick! Have been fighting with it for a week!

I have a 2011 Edge Limited and the SYNC just quit working on it randomly. It had been working with pairing my phone but so much with the pairing of my iPod from my iPhone. Now when I go to connect my phone SYNC is not recognized by any phone, mine or anyone else's. I've tried turning Bluetooth off and on for the SYNC as well as my phone but nothing. HELP! I'm about to go on a long road trip and will need this. ANYONE??
