Anybody know how to get to the horn?

I have a 2011 Edge that when i try to fill up i have to barely hold the handle in or it will click off like it is full..different gas stations different positions on the handle nothing works.Dealer says it can find nothing wrong ,Anybody else having this problem?Need help

I have a 2011 Ford Edge with about 10,000miles,recently when i try to fill up the pump shuts off constantly,different gas stations ,different angles on the handle,i have to manually hold the handle at its lowest volume.Took it to the dealer yesterday they said evertyhing tested normal.I know im not the only one with this problem i need some help.Thanks
