If you are within 2-3 MPG of the EPA estimates you are probably just about right. Real world scenarios usually can't come any closer than that. EPA estimates are generally best case scenarios and very few vehicles can actually match/exceed them.

My understanding is that the 100 & 200 series only work on the 2011 and newer units.
