Our Expedition has Sync with the one button remote start and the programming button with LED was under the dash to the left.

Just wanted to say thank you for the info and link to the instructions to do this. My wife has a 2011 Ford Expedition Limited with the single button remote start and it was frustrating her to restart the truck after opening the door. Went to the dealer and the service guys said it couldn't be done, so I did a quick Google search and it brought me here. Found the button and LED quickly under the dash... Read the instructions through real quick and after my first attempt it worked like a champ and my wife is happy!
