I'm sure you're probably right. I guess I am hoping that the computer side of it is there and that they just add the user interface on the Limited trim level.

We have a 2012 Edge SEL Ecoboost and so far we love it. The only thing that would be nice to add would be the memory seat feature that only seems to be available on the Limited. Do you suppose it could be added to the SEL? Could it be as simple as adding the switch control panel and plugging into a cable harness? Thanks for any input.

We have a 2012 Edge SEL Ecoboost that we got on 12/30/11. So far so good. We have had a few minor hiccups with Sync, but nothing major.

My wife and I are considering purchasing and Edge with the ecoboost engine. Can anyone give me any insight as to what additional maintenance might be required by the ecoboost versus ths standard V6? I typically keep a vehicle quite a few years. Our 2000 Escort ZX2 has 207K and climbing. Would you think I could expect that kind of longevity from this engine? Thanks in advance for your input.
