At first, the mechanic thought it was the camera itself. We waited two weeks for a new camera, then left it at the dealership for repair. After they put the new camera in, it wasn't the camera. Then we were told they were going to have to trace the wiring from the camera to the screen on the dash. That meant taking out what ever was necessary to follow the wiring. Turns out it was a couple of relays buried inside the cabin somewhere that needed to be replaced. It works now.

Greetings to all. We recently purchased the new 2012 Limited and have had possession for a little over thirty days now. It has been in the shop three times so far. A back up camera issue (didn't work and needed to be ordered from the US. Then, the rear lift wouldn't close. It had to go back in and be adjusted. Maybe there is something to this notion of not buying one that was built on a Monday or Friday eh? Time will tell.
