I have the same problem with my 2012 Edge LTD. Intermittent Service Advance Trac accompanied by the Collision Warning not Available. Does anyone know the TSB number for the issue just in case my dealer hasn't heard of it? Just got the shift to park issue fixed a couple months ago, now this. Well, FINALLY (after 5 or 6 visits to two different dealers) got the shifter replaced, it's been almost a month and no "Shift to Park" issue so far, that's the longest period without the issue since it started last October. I think after the second trip Ford should be required to reimburse you for your time and trouble. Issues shouldn't take 5 or 6 visits to resolve, especially when you tell them it's a known issue and that replacing the shifter seems to be the only resolution.

Can anyone that had the shifter replaced confirm that the issue hasn't returned and it fixed the issue permanently? My 2012 Edge LTD is at the dealer for the Fifth time (3 visits to one dealer 2nd visit to another dealer). The cable was adjusted twice. I need this to be resolved.

Same here with 2012 Edge Limited, doesn't happen often but irritating when it does. Found it happens more often when parking on a hill. Hope the dealer can re-create the problem so they'll fix it.

I Can't get the phone book contacts to work with the navigation either. The music indexes over and over even after fixing all the tags with SyncMyitunes. The voice tags for Navigation favorites don't get erased when you do a master reset so you can't get them to work after putting all your favorites back in the system. I've been a loyal Mercury/Ford customer for more than 20 years, I don't think I'd ever consider buying one again, I don't care to be their Beta tester anymore, I've wasted many hours of my time trying to get these things to work reliably. The Sync/My Ford Touch system has so many bugs even after the update that I wish I never bought it. (A $41,740.00 mistake, that's a BIG MISTAKE)

NWS Alpine, that's good news. My mileage isn't terrible but I'm hoping it will get a bit better after breaking it in. at about 1200 miles now. (2012 Edge Limited 302A)
