  1. There is a difference between a FSA (Field Service Action) and a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin). An FSA is a RECALL which usually is listed on the NHTSA site. A TSB is an internal note in the dealer database that IF an issue is found or a customer issue arises, as to what procedure works best to resolve the issue. A TSB can be anything from a diagnostic procedure for determining clutch wear to a change in lubricant. If a customer comes in not understanding how to use their Navigation system and the dealer sends it back thinking it's defective, only to find out that both dealer and customer can't read a manual, they'll issue a TSB to outline the proper procedure to test the Nav system BEFORE sending it back. The point is, you shouldn't really be concerned with a TSB unless it is a problem that actually arises on your car.
