I will try deleting the pairing from the phone as well as the car, but just in case that doesn't work, how do I do a master reset?

I installed the latest update for My Ford Touch for my wife. Now, her phone says it is connected, but is not receiving or able to make calls through the system. When a call comes in, it rings on the phone and she has to answer it on the phone. Same for outgoing calls, no audio at all through the system. As I said, it shows that the phone is connected. I even tried deleting the phone and pairing it again. Same problem. Any ideas?
