Just ask him to do a quick wet sand and the internet gods will be satisfied. Should be a fairly quick and easy fix

The 3.5L isn't that bad on gas I find. Not to sure about the 3.7ls though. Wouldn't expect them to be to much worse. I get roughly 500ks per tank.

Not trying to be a douche but if someone did a re-paint that looked like that I would be pissed. Take it back and get them to wet-sand and polish all the orange peel on the back door. I'm sure you already signed the paperwork so it might be a little hard to get them to re-repaint it now. JM2C

LOL nice work. Need more failure posts in here.

Sounds like your winter rims are not the correct bolt pattern. If its off just a little bit this is what happens. Also make sure that you are using the correct lug nuts with the correct rims.
IE. allot of people think that 5x115 will work on 5x114.3. They will bolt up but it is not correct or safe.

The only thing I see missing is let someone else pay the sticker price and find a used one in good condition under warrenty for 10k less. JM2C.

If you want the sport side mouldings and door skins aswell expect to spend roughly 2K just for the sides. All the ford parts came primiered and the rear bumpers came taped ready for paint.

I ordered up the sport front and rear bumpers on my 2011 Limited edge and as someone posted before the side mouldings out of the 3D Carbon kit bolted right up. It's roughly $500 just for the side skirts then you have to buy the door mouldings as well. You will be look at roughly $900 just for the sides. The entire 3D Carbon kit will only cost you $750 then you can just sell the bumpers on ebay, because they will not work. The front and rear will only cost you roughly $600 plus shipping including all the hardware. For the entire kit to be installed on my edge and painted I am looking at $3000 CDN when it's all painted and installed. Maybe a little more. Depending how bad it looks with just the door mouldings painted with only the bottom 3D Carbon side skirts. But your price of $8500 for the entire kit is high.
The 'Sport' kit lists out for approx $8500 (employee cost) last I checked - and it would still require painting.
I've ordered a new 2011 Ltd. and it should arrive next week. My plan is to smooth and paint the textured lower cladding to match as I too dislike the look on a lighter colored vehicle (I ordered Platinum White).
I'll be sure and post pictures when I'm done.

I had a set of side skits sent up. Currently getting installed. They sent it up with Fedex and I had the parts in 2 days to Vancouver.

It also has the sport body kit on it with 24" rims. I have read before that the body kit on the back limits you to hitches and the 22" equipped edges are limited to only 2000lb towing capacity. I could just tow with my 17" winter tires installed but really hate the look of them.
-
I also am wondering what people are towing with there edges. I am looking at a 2013 Malibu 21' wake setter but the boat itself weighs 3500 lbs + trailer. I would only be towing the boat for 15km distance at maximum and no highway just local. Anyone ever tow close to this with there edge before. It's a 2011 AWD Limited

I got the same problem with my 2011 Ford Edge Limited AWD. Bought the NAV card after and now when i put it in, it doesn't work. Can this vehicle have NAV or am i screwed and it can never be installed inlesss i go aftermarket. If I take it to Ford can they install it there?

Looks good. Defentaly an improvement on the black front grilles. I'm probibly the only fan here for the chrome look. But if it's black make it all black.
