  1. Since you're looking for a 2007 Edge, in addition to the sites listed above, you can visit the Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles site at Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles. You can look up CPO vehicles by year, model or location. Good luck with your search.
  2. I monitor webpages on behalf of Ford and I hope you don't mind me posting here. I am not aware of radio concerns in the 2007 Edge and I haven't seen another forum topic about your specific concern. I'd recommend that you have your dealership check into it. They have the diagnostic equipment and access to Technical Service Bulletins if applicable.
  3. Great response bbf! I don't have much more to add other than you're approaching the nominal break-in period of 1,000 miles. Your Edge's transaxle is equipped with an adaptive learning strategy (ALS). As you keep driving it, your vehicle computer has been adjusting shift points to make them feel more consistent. The ALS is also designed to increase durability. The more efficient your transaxle is working the better your vehicle will perform. If you're still concerned with your mileage, then please have your dealership take a look at your Edge. We appreciate your purchase.
  4. Dave-m, Sorry, I don't have any additional information regarding any back-up sensor problem with bike racks. I'd recommend that you have your dealership inspect your Edge. He'd have the right equipment to properly diagnose and resolve your concern. Also, he'd have access to any engineering reports if applicable. In general, we do want to hear from our customers. An important part of the Way Forward plan is to actively solicit customer feedback. Granted not all feedback is easy to hear but the negative is at least as important as the positive when you're working to win customers back. I'll step off my soapbox now.
  5. Tiffany thanks for initiating this forum. I monitor several webpages on behalf of Ford and I hope you don't mind me adding a comment. I'm forwarding this thread to the proper departments for review. There is a lot of good feedback here and we do appreciate your comments. Design changes to the 2008 Edge, such as the availability of power assist rear door, were influenced by owner feedback. Autodimming rearview mirrors are standard on the SEL & Limited editions and optional on the SE. A rear cargo management system is optional for all Edge models. The speed control can be disengaged by pressing the brake pedal or pressing the off button. Finally, a Class II 1.25" trailer hitch receiver is standard for any vehicle with 3500 pound maximum towing capacity. Although we try to review all customer comments on the internet we can't always read every webpage. If you'd like to share more of your ideas and comments with Ford I'd recommend that you visit Contact-Ford. Thanks.
  6. I monitor webpages on behalf of Ford and I hope you don't mind me replying to your post. I am not aware of any general issue with the rear vent operation in the Edge. I would suggest you take your Edge to your dealership. Although it sounds like it may be something related to the blend door, I'm really not able to make any diagnostics over the internet. The dealership would have the tools to properly evaluate your concern and get it resolved quickly.
  7. I don't mean to crash this thread but I've been monitoring several websites on behalf of Ford and participating when I can. I appreciate reading the suggestions and I've forwarded this link to the proper departments for review. I did want to add a comment about SYNC. We've been constantly working to update SYNC's cellphone compatibility list and we encourage SYNC owners to visit syncmyride.com and select "Phones" for detailed information. Also, you can select "Contact us" to share your comments, questions and concerns particularly about compatibility issues. Or you can call our Customer Relationship Center at 800-392-3673 (FORD). The voice command system for your personal music player only works when the player is plugged into the USB port. Also, if you are using the auxiliary input jack, you need to select "line in" to hear the sound through the stereo but the voice commands will not work. Finally, currently only one of the inputs either line-in or USB can be in use at the same time. Again, thank you for purchasing the Edge. If you have any additional suggestions you would like share with Ford, please visit www.ford.com.
