Dutchman

I have a call in to Ford to see what they have to say. I might press them for a warranty replacement. Since its been a month and they can't tell me when they can fix it, to me thats the same as saying they can't fix it. Shouldn't happen with a 3 month old car, but I can understand that it's just one of those things. Were they've failed in my case is not being able to get the part to correct it. Otherwise, I like my MKX.

My MKX has been laid-up at the dealership for 4 weeks now. A seal went in the transmission system and they haven't been able to get a new one in yet. 4 weeks is a long time for a brand new car to be out of commision. Anyone else have a similar experience or have I just had bad luck?
