The power point in the console on the passenger side has broken off. I have purchased a new one but don't know how to change it out. I'm not paying the dealer to do it, anybody out there with the same problem?

Recently bought a 2011 with 36000 on the OD. Seems like it shifts funny and at wierd times. Coasting down hill, it feels like it shifts into a lower gear. Also sometimes when we start from a rolling stop, we get a hard clunk which I attribute to the trans just between down shifts when we hit the accelerator. Any thoughts? Love this car and still can't believe we own it. :-)
