AlphaCanus

I have a 2013 Ford Edge SEL. I've looked at all the dashkits online and they all cover the same areas (Radio, center console etc) but no one seems to make one for the horizontal grey trim on the dash (wood coloured plastic on the limited) has anyone seen any? Even better would be if those pieces could be made out of real wood to replace whats there instead of just covering them with more plastic, does anyone know if someone has done this? Also how easy are they to remove?
