I'll be totally honest Im not exactly sure what brand it is. My boy that does window tint and vehicle wraps did both my windows and lights. I know he uses LLunar window tint but not sure if that was LLunar too. I'll ask him and post it when I find out. But no, you don't have to take the lights off to do it. Its the same process as vehicle wrap.
