it has 16k on it and yes i change the air filter. no not alot of ideling but lately it has been mainly city driving and not hard at all. it should still be more than 12 mpg if computer is right and my fill ups only say like 260 miles till empty when filling up it might even be worse than that seeing i havent filled it up in a while

my computer read out is know only showing 12.0 mpg can these be faulty and im not a agresive driver either ive actualy been good just to see if gas gets bettter but getting worse

i have a 07 sel edge with out the audiophile system and was wondering would it work in my edge .if so what components do i need and can keep out of my edge. is it worth the swap depending on price to thanks

i havent reset my cp in a while and its reading 12.7 mpg and as soon as you fil it says like 260-170 till empty its going in wed. to be checked i dont know what they can check but hope fully they find something because at 4.00 a gallon something needs to be done

ive had it about 6 months it has about 15k on it i dont believe pump shut off early it put in 19.3 gallons i believe we have 20 gallon tank im sure i had little in it

yes but my miles till empty has always been 300 till empty theres no reset on that either

i was pulling out of gas station doing maybe 25 mph

i filled up today and dash said 261 miles till empty usualy it says 300 . also for mpg it says 11 tha cant be right i reset it few times. could cumputer be bad

is there a chip to give it better gas milage if so were do i get one

does anybody have some tips to get better gas milage on my sel awd edge. ive heard knn filter but probably wont do anything and alo heard keep rpm's under 2k kind of hard to do. with gas at 3.50 and rising . im getting like 16mpg any input thanks

when i fill mine up it says 300 till empty shouldnt it be higher than that . mine gets oor gas milage as well is there any thing i can do to get better gas milage with gas increasing every day 3.50 a gallon need to do something .

when i fill up and check dash it says 296 till empty. and when i fill it i pump till pump stops. ive been doing this for about 4-5 fill ups all ready. one fill up i was even cautious about my driving didnt real show much gain. im not realy complaining because i know i bought an suv an expected that but my buddy's explorer gets the same gas milage and thought maybe theres something wrong or something i could do too improve it. ive seen other guys saying they get like 22-24 im far off from them and my wife drives 90% highway figured it should do at least 20mpg or better.im going to check tire pressure

nada said it was a 20 gallon tank. last time i topped off i put in 19.2 and divided my milage by that so i came up with exact figures. i actualy did have about 288 for miles but still had little more gas in tank but didnt want to get on highway with that low of fuel

hi im a newbie here just bought my edge about a month ago and im only getting like 300 miles per tank which is about 15 mpg. its a 07 awd it has about 11k on it and we do 90% highway with it . we drive about 70-75 on highway any thoughts on why the poor milage
