  1. Is it awd or fwd? Mine was the same until I hit 6,000 miles, It is now getting 21.8 mpg. Mine is an SEL+, FWD and I usually have all 5 seats filled...
  2. Don't know about you but QUALITY and RELIABILITY are 2 different things. as I said "quality".
  3. Even A-Plan price was outrageous on the CX-9, plus I can't stand those front fenders, UUUGGGLLLYYY, doesn't go with rest of car I think, Mazda quality isn't near Fords, look at consumer reports....
  4. Go on Fords website and build it, then look up the incentives for your area, try that.
  5. I have an 07 SEL+ FWD, found slighty red fluid on floor in garage, took to dealer immediately, they saw fluid but could not find where it was coming from,( it was on drivers side just behind half shaft ) then I remembered I was on the highway and had the OD off for about 12 miles, I was doing 70mph. No more leak, only thing I can think of is it had blown some fluid out the vent hole, hasn't leaked since. Great car, has 6500 on it and am getting 21.8 on highway, it has been improving since 5000 miles, and am pleased since most of the time I have 5 people in the car....

    Rolling in Park

My wifes will roll several inches, I brought this up in January, it's an 07 SEL+. Took to dealer said it's normal, Quote me there will be a recall once they find a fix. If your on a steep grade and put it in park, it could kick out and keep rolling. Has to be because of new six speed, I have had them all, and a CVT, this is not normal. P.s. Don't forget to turn your OD on when going over 55, if you go 10+ miles you will find a puddle under the drivers side due to fluid blowing through tranny vent...... Other than that it's a fantastic vehicle.
  10. Most do, but then again we have had a lot of people take buyouts, and the temps drive what they already have. Can't blame them right now, give them a little time to buy a new vehicle. I'm a 4th generation employee, Blue runs through these veins. As well as my kids and so on, and so on....
  11. Your right about that, not many foreign jobs in our lot is there. Must be a Canadian thing
  12. Bought an SEL Plus, have 1800 miles on it. Getting 18.8 on the highway, calculated when I fill up, not on display. No tranny problems on shifting, but when you put this thing in park it rolls 1 foot until it clicks and locks into park. Does this 75% of the time, taking it in tommarow, think it only needs an adjustment. Other than that this thing is a rocket, and shifts great. I drive 80mph on the highway to work in KC Missouri and in Kansas where the roads suck....
