I am at 19K on the original Pirellis and probably only have another 8-10K before I too am in the market. Currently leaning towards the Yokohamas just becasue winters in Colorado can be ugly and the reviews all say the snow performance is pretty decent. I don't want to go the dedicated snow wheel/tire route, but I also don't want to end up like this guy ->

I too get a "howl" on a specific blacktop road but only when I am doing 50-55mph and only on this specific 2 mile stretch. I have 19K on the tires. it is weird becasue the only other time I hear anything like it is on the interstate which is grooved concrete. I wonder if there is enough "voids" in the blacktop surface to cause the noise?

Ft Bliss, the most inaccurately named Army base I ever visited :shades: Welcome to Edge ownership
-
I own a 2011 Sport, 16K miles. There has always been a 2 mile per gallon difference between what the Edge reports and what I get by doing the math. I am getting 17ish in around town driving and 24ish highway, as long as I control my lead foot

Buying a Edge Sport is a good way to spend that "contractor money", I know, my time in Iraq helped pay for mine :D

got the A4 Nav card in the mail today. 2 day FedEx. Took 4 attempts to download the update to my USB, it just kept failing about the 45% point. Now to take a drive and let the install run.

I lost one, took a trip to hobby lobby and bought a small sheet of the black foam rubber for about $5. My scissor skills may be lacking, but no one can tell
-
Syncmyride is advising me I have a new update available, step1 was to order a new Nav SD card. Once it shows up I will probably flip a coin to decide if I am going to upgrade from 3.2 or just wait for something to break

I am secure in my manhood when I drive my platinum white sport... then again it might be the 22s

I do love that blue

welcome to the 'family'

maybe a stupid idea, but check out a local auto paint shop. The might have a samples book, it isn't going to give you what you want, but it might help you decide. I know the pictures don't do the tri coat white justice. good luck

found a few good ones while messing around on the web http://focusmftwallpapers.tumblr.com/

ftr, I will be borrowing several of these wallpapers! Thanks for sharing. I may have to see what I can come up with on my own

I have a 2011 AWD Sport, 14K miles, the onboard computer says I am getting 18.2 of around town driving, my trusty calculator says I am getting 17.9... I think if I had a lighter foot those numbers would be better, plus 6K feet above sea level doesn't help either

TireRack shows no tires are available in that size!
Toyo Proxes come in that size, the taller sidewall might make for a slightly smoother ride. The 'mark 1 eyeball' says they should fit... but I have no actual knowledge. If you try, please let us know

that is unique, not sure I love it, but I can appreciate the work that went into making your Edge look the way you wanted :beerchug:

If I wasn't "Santa poor" right now...

Have you ever changed the Cabin Air Filter? Its behind the Golve box, it might cause the fan to work harder if it is blocked. Just a thaught.
According to the dealer that was done at the 10K maintenance and I am at 13K now... but I will double check it to see if that is it.

Is it just me? This has to be the noisest fan I have ever heard; heat, a/c, defrost, lower vents or higher, anything over 3 bars and I have to turn up the radio to enjoy the music or yell at the wife to be heard... and forget using the phone or voice control. I think I will have to take a trip by the dealer and complain.
OK, rant over, but is this 'normal'?

I just order a fob for my 2011 Sport off ebay for $50... but, you are going to have an issue with programing. I would contact local locksmiths and see if anyone can help with the programming, and what they are charging. Good Luck

We just got our first snowfall of the season in Colorado Springs. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the Sport handled the conditions of packed snow and occasional icy spots. Yeah it wanted to slip if I got overly aggressive coming away from a stop light or slammed on the brakes, but driving appropriately for the conditions was totally uneventful. I was a little worried about those 22 inch Pirellis, but not anymore
Transmission clunk?!?!

guess who just got the dreaded CLUNK? At least I know which TSB to refer to if it repeats itself!
