  1. Not sure but my Lincoln had it and it was working up till i did the V3.8 update yesterday. I was paying for it and it worked well....read on another forum to late that is not to do the V3.8 update because it would kill travellink on canadian cars.
  2. So I guess I'm SOL from what It sounds like.... Pretty scummy thing for Ford to Do and elimate travelink services from Canadian Vin's. I called sirius xm canada and they couldn't help me with it. Looks like i have to cancel the travelink services which worked great for me. Unless anyone else haves any other suggestions. Thanks Electromanjim
  3. Thank you for the reply Yes Nav is still there, I noticed that in my info section the travelink icon is gone. I read somewhere that ford's update V3.8 reads for canadian VIN numbers and removes the travelink feature regardless if you pay for it or not. trying to figure out a way to roll back to V3.7 to get my travellink back but dont know how to do that....Any help from someone here would be greatly appreicated. Cheers Electromanjim
  4. Update Finally got the V 3.8 to update, all seems ok other then now I have lost my travellink has this happened to anyone else and is there a fix for this. Cheers Electromanjim

  7. So if thats the case why are they not offering it to buyers of second hand cars, that didn't have the option to purchase it. Like i said i would be willing to pay for it.
  8. First time poster here, i have been reading alot about the nav upgrade since i myself would be intrested in it. Today i was at my dealer for an old change and I had a conversation with the service manager whom seems to know alot about the MLT system. He told me they had just received 5 licenses to pilot project 5 NON Nav vehicals to Nav. So i asked him i would be intrested, the cost 1300.00 beside the license there were hardware changes also as per him. He told me that all 5 had been spoken for from other customers that had been on him for this for over a year. Now if there are any ford employee's here that could find out if this is true it would help people like myself and others that are intrested in the upgrade. I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX with no nav due the the price and the very low kilometers on it. But would be willing to make the investment in the Nav since thats all its missing.
